An 18-wheeler is blocking traffic on a major interstate in Pearl.The city posted on Facebook Wednesday around 3 p.m. that the overturned truck was leaking fluids on Highway 49 North at the flyover ramp to Interstate 20 West. The Mississippi Department of Transportation estimated the interstate to be blocked for about an hour and a half.There is no word yet on what caused the crash or if anyone was hurt.
