This interview was scheduled over a week ago, but there was some unexpected breaking news that happened just hours before we recorded. Thursday morning it was reported that USC chief of staff and Bohn’s right hand man Brandon Sosna is leaving the Trojans to become the Detroit Lions’ Senior Director of Football Administration. Bohn talks about the job Sosna did during his time at USC and how he is happy for him, but sad that the Trojans are losing someone as bright and hard working as Brandon.

Bohn also talks about being USC’s first ever Football Bowl Subdivision Athletics Director of the Year by the National Association of Collegiate Directors of Athletics, the changing landscape of college football and the upcoming Pac-12 media rights deal, keeping up in the facilities race (in football and all sports), extending basketball coach Andy Enfield, making a change with the baseball staff and lots more.
