On July 7th, 2010 the tour aboard “DUKW 34” of Ride the Ducks Philadelphia, was rammed and driven under by a Barge/Tugboat on the Delaware River. Actions aboard the Tugboat “Caribbean Sea” pushing the barge “The Resource” & to an extent aboard Duck 34 could have prevented this tragedy.
