A skunk and her babies have gone viral on social media after sheriff’s deputies in Baker County, Oregon, released a video of the skunks crossing the road.The deputies were on patrol and brought the police vehicle to a sudden stop so that the family of skunks could safely make it across the street.Video shows that the law enforcement officers avoided a stinky situation by patiently waiting as the mother skunk, who was huddled close to her little ones, ensured they safely crossed the road. The Baker County Sheriff’s Office posted the video to social media on Friday, June 28, saying it hoped sharing the video would create a “feel good Friday moment,” for folks who saw it. “We gave this hard-working mama plenty of space while she was doing her best to wrangle those babies!
