Eleven cars burglarized at Madison gym leads to big crime ring bust

Several people are in custody after eleven cars were burglarized by force entry at ‘Burn Boot Camp’ in Madison. According to Captain Kevin Newman, officers responded to 2160 Main street Friday morning.Police said the investigation led them to a female attempting to cash fraudulent checks at banks in Pearl. Danelle Amber King, 41, and Matthew Arthur, 42, both from Cleveland, Tennessee, were arrested on Hwy 49 in Richland.They are being held at the Rankin County Detention Center.Police said they later found similar incidents were discovered in Oxford and other areas of North Mississippi.On October, 13, 2023, at 0547 am, eleven vehicles were burglarized by forced entry at 2160 Main Street, Madison, Mississippi. The Madison Police Department responded to the scene and initiated an investigation. The Madison Police Department continued its investigation, which led them to a residence in Hattiesburg. The Forrest County Sheriff’s Department was contacted, and three females were taken into custody after surveillance was set up at the home. Forrest County Deputies arrested Jasmine Danielle Atkins, 30, Maya Marie Habersham, 29, and Desire Shardae Robinson, 23, all from Florida. The women are currently detained at the Madison County Detention Center. Investigators with the Madison Police Department and Rankin County Sheriff’s Department located other individuals linked to the auto burglaries.Three more people were arrested in Trussville, Alabama. Police arrested Raymone Marquis Davis, 29, Victor Alexander Ogiste, 27, and Danarious Trevon Young, 28, all from Florida. The three are being detained at the Trussville Jail in Alabama. Extradition paperwork is being filed to have them transported back to Madison, Mississippi.
