Earlier today, Gun Owners of America and Gun Owners Foundation jointly filed our lawsuit against ATF’s Universal Registration Check rule with Texas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Utah, as well as Tennessee Firearms Association, and Virginia Citizens Defense League.
