Thanksgiving is just days away and many communities are coming together to provide meals for families.United Way of the Capital Area and Footprint Farms teamed up at Bolton-Edwards Elementary School on Tuesday to hand out 10 pounds of fresh fruit and vegetables for Thanksgiving.The line of cars wrapped around the parking lot a few hours before the giveaway even began.The United Way was able to give 500 boxes of goods to the families.
