Good Samaritan rushes into burning home to alert the family inside

A good Samaritan ran into a burning home in Sharpes, Florida, on Wednesday morning to warn the family inside, a Brevard County official said.The fire quickly ripped through the mobile home where a family with children were living. The official confirmed that the mother and her young child were transported to hospital for observation. Neither were injured. All of the people inside the house during the fire made it out on their own.Rhonda Burkes lives across the street.”That’s so crazy. I’m glad that they all got out safe,” the neighbor said. “Because look at that place. That’s sad, that’s real sad.”Another neighbor said that while the family is very grateful that everyone got out safely, the house and everything inside is a total loss. Some living on the same block said they did not hear any smoke detector alarms before the flames and smoke were visible. One neighbor said they will be checking the batteries on the detectors in their house.
