iQOO was rumored to launch the Z9 Lite in mid-July, and that rumor has turned out to be true since iQOO has announced it will launch the Z9 Lite in India on July 15.
The iQOO Z9 Lite will support 5G networks, and the image shared by iQOO reveals the smartphone’s design. It has flat frames and a flat back panel sporting two cameras. The Z9 Lite’s left-side frame has the SIM card slot, and up top is what’s possibly a speaker grille.
iQOO hasn’t divulged any specs or features of the Z9 Lite, but rumors claim it will be a rebranded vivo T3 Lite recently launched in India. And, it’s worth mentioning that the vivo T3 Lite isn’t an entirely new smartphone but a rebadged vivo Y28s.
If the iQOO Z9 Lite is a repackaged vivo T3 Lite, it will come with the Dimensity 6300 SoC, a 6.56″ 90Hz HD+ LCD, up to 6GB RAM, and 128GB storage. The smartphone will pack a 5,000 mAh battery with 15W charging support, sport a side-mounted fingerprint scanner, and feature three cameras – 8MP selfie, 50MP primary, and 2MP depth.
