Democratic Rep. Christopher Bell said, “It’s already completed. You can read everything that’s in it and just wanting the signature of the governor.” Republican Rep. Kent McCarthy said, “It passed the house on Friday, passed the Senate yesterday, it should go the governor today assuming it doesn’t get held on any kind of motion to reconsider.”
