Two deputies patrolling Louisiana’s Lake Pontchartrain Thursday captured incredible video of a massive waterspout. The waterspout was seen near Madisonville around 3 p.m. The St. Tammany Sheriff’s Office shared a video of Deputy Jordan Salles and Deputy Chris Yoli in a boat when the waterspout formed.
