No disruption to patient care reported

The Mississippi Baptist Medical Center lost power from Entergy Tuesday night.According to Caroline Gillard, the public relations coordinator for Baptist Memorial Health Care Corporation, generators switched on immediately, and the hospital was running on another energy feed. Gillard said hospital leaders are currently taking additional precautions but have not experienced any disruption to patient care or have had a total loss of power.
