MISSISSIPPI BUSINESSES CAN NOW LEGALLY REFUSE GAY COUPLES
Mississippi’s controversial Religious Accommodations Law remains in tact, even after protesters sought to appeal the bill. The US Supreme Court recently refusing to hear the case–House Bill 1523 is still law in the Magnolia State. This means business owners have the right to deny services to any customer due to their own religious beliefs, philosophies, or preferences. Those in opposition consider the bill discriminatory.
