ALL RIGHT. WE’RE BACK WITH SPORTS. WITH A SEVEN TO NO RECORD IN THE POSTSEASON AND IN THE COLLEGE WORLD SERIES, TWO AND OH, FOR THE FIRST TIME SINCE 1956, THE REBELS EARNED A DAY OFF. BUT THAT DOESN’T MEAN THAT THE JOB IS FINISHED. AND OLE MISS STAYS PERFECT IN THE POSTSEASON. ALL RIGHT. WHEN IT COMES TO THE COLLEGE WORLD SERIES, REBELS ARE SITTING PRETTY WITH THEIR DECISIVE 13 FIVE WIN OVER ARKANSAS LAST OH MISSES IN THE SEMIFINAL. THERE ARE ALSO ONE WIN AWAY FROM THE NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP SERIES, A PLACE THEY HAVE NEVER BEEN AS A PROGRAM. THE REBELS ARE HOT AT THE RIGHT TIME. THEY HAVE WON 15 OF THEIR LAST 18 GAMES. THEY’VE OUTSCORED OPPONENTS 64 TO 17 IN THE POSTSEASON, AND THAT POINTS TO A GREAT OFFENSE, TIMELY HITTING DEFENSE AND A GREAT PITCHING STAFF WITH THE TEAM ROLLING LIKE THEY ARE, THERE ISN’T MUCH INPUT NEEDED FROM THE COACHING STAFF. MIKE BIANCO HAS BEEN LEADING THE REBELS FOR OVER 20 YEARS IN THIS GROUP. IS ON THE BRINK OF MAKING HISTORY AT THIS POINT, HE SAYS. LESS IS MORE, BUT JUST. IT’S BEEN A NEAT RUN. The Rebels are in position where they control their own destiny in the College World Series

With an undefeated postseason record and most importantly no losses in the College World Series the Ole Miss Rebels have chances to make history. The Rebels are one win away from national final which is a place they haven’t been. They are also three wins away from a national championship.Head Coach Mike Bianco says one of the best things he and his staff have done during this hot streak is stay out of the way of their players who are locked in.
