As strong storms threaten, some school districts are sending students home early.The Vicksburg Warren School District announced Monday that elementary schools will release at 1:30 p.m. and junior and high schools will release at 3 p.m.The Rankin County School District is monitoring the weather, and “out of an abundance of caution” has cancelled all after-school practices and activities for Monday.
