Emily Warburton-Adams appeared on Below Deck season 4 aboard the Eros superyacht. She was the second stewardess and worked alongside Chief Stew Kate Chastain and Third Stew Sierra Storm. Emily only lasted for one season, but she impacted the crew, especially Chef Ben Robinson. The pair dated while the season aired and continued after they stopped filming. She moved to Florida to be with him, and they lived together for about a year.

However, in October 2017, Ben revealed that the pair had decided to go their separate ways. Emily was born and raised in London and has always had very close ties to the city, whereas Ben enjoyed living in Florida and didn’t want to take on the extra expense of living in London part-time. The pair decided it was best to end the relationship but maintain a close friendship. Since her breakup with Ben, Emily has lived a quiet life but is still active on social media.

According to her Instagram profile, Emily co-founded POWFood, a catering service in the United Kingdom that offers wellness services and healthy food delivery. She started the company in 2017, and it has grown exponentially since. They offer everything from ready-to-go meals to healthy snack bars to lifestyle items such as vitamins and healthy juices. Besides her thriving catering business, Emily has quite a following on Instagram, with over 108,000 followers.

Emily Opened Up About Her Eating Disorder

She Has Overcome It & Is Doing Better

Emily has also been open about her battle with anorexia. On World Mental Health Day in 2019, she took to Instagram to open up about her struggles with the disease. She shared:

2 years after my first Mental Health Campaign, I’m sharing a recovery image, something that I’ve not had the courage to do previously.

She continued, “I’m doing so to share a message of hope, belief, and strength, from a girl who once had none.” Luckily, Emily was able to seek the help she needed at 18 years old and turned her life around. Now, she feels more determined than ever to live a life she’s proud of.

What Is Emily Up To In 2024?

She Has A Boyfriend

As of 2024, Emily continues to be successful in her food catering business. On May 21, Emily’s most recent Instagram post, she spoke about how her company is offering a new Summer Reset Meal Plan, which she created in collaboration with Clarissa Lenherr, a nutritionist based in London. Emily really cares about making sure her food is healthy and delicious and doesn’t restrict her customers from foods, seeing as she once restricted herself from certain food items. 10 Below Deck Stews We Always Forget About

Since its premiere, Below Deck has featured several stews that have become perennial fan favourites. However, some left without making much impact.

In the post, Emily shared points on aspects of her life she doesn’t talk about often. Some of those include how she was once on Below Deck, she has a brother and a sister, she works with her mom, used to work on superyachts, and so much more. Emily keeps her social media more professional and wanted to offer a bit more insight into who she was outside her brand. With wanting to be more open, Emily shared her travel adventures in Dubrovnik, Croatia, where she went for her thirtieth birthday.

Emily spent her thirtieth birthday with her boyfriend Charles.

In one of the photos, it seems Emily was there with a boyfriend. It’s unclear how long they have been dating, but she did share a photo of him lying in bed with their dog. She even tagged him, and his name is Charles Wrigley. On his Instagram, Charles has pictures with Emily that date back to February 2022, so they’ve likely been together for well over two years now. It’s safe to say she’s moved on from Chef Ben.

Emily has come a long way since her days as a second stew. Since leaving Below Deck season 4, which had no reunion, and the yachting industry, Emily has been living her best life, personally and professionally. Not only does she have a successful business, but she seems to have a wonderful new boyfriend who supports her. It seems Emily’s travels across Europe, her buzzing catering business, and her loving relationship are keeping this former reality star happier than she’s ever been.
