A driver in Minnesota is calling a large group of his fellow motorists “good Samaritans” after they feverishly worked together to pull him from the wreckage of a fiery crash. As bystanders flocked to the burning vehicle to try and help whoever was inside, they found they couldn’t open the doors because the guardrail was in the way. Still, they tried with all their might to yank the doors open. Eventually — just before flames engulfed the rest of the SUV, one of the car’s windows was smashed, which allowed the good Samaritans to pull the man to safety.No one was hurt in the crash. Afterward, the man, identified by ABC News as Sam Orbovich, released a statement in which he said, “I am alive today because several good Samaritans … and professional first responders saved my life.”
