A local church celebrated Easter on Good Friday.St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church in Madison put on a display depicting Jesus’ journey to Calvary starting with his condemnation by Pontius Pilate. The display ended depicting the crucifixion of Christ.It was set up on the campus of the church on West Tidewater Lane. The church has been putting on the Easter demonstration since 2008.
