He then explained how he started blowing up on a site called SoundClick, which is where he started making money. Soulja Boy then explained how MySpace took his career to another level, and he spoke about dropping “Crank That” independently. From there, Soulja Boy detailed how he would trick people into downloading the song on Limewire by titling the file as popular songs from the likes of 50 Cent, Eminem, and Britney Spears.
