During the webinar, we were joined by Dr. Michael McDonald, professor at the University of Florida, who closely monitors voter turnout. His website, US Elections Project, provides timely and accurate election statistics, electoral laws, research reports, and other useful information regarding the United States electoral system.
We were also joined by researchers from CIRCLE at Tufts University. As experts in youth voting and civic engagement, they’ll narrow in on turnout trends among 18-29-year-olds and how youth’s voting preferences in the midterm election were shaped by their identities and experiences.
