State Troopers with the Mississippi Highway Patrol arrested Joseph Rouser, 45, of Ridgeland after a chase along northbound I-55 from Woodrow Wilson Boulevard to Briarwood Drive. The charges against Rouser are still pending. The chase began when troopers tried to pull over a Chevrolet Suburban that Rouser was driving shortly after noon Wednesday. He is now being held at the Hinds County Detention Center in Raymond. The investigation is ongoing.
